Chicken Wrap with Arla Unsalted Butter

Ingredients
- 2 tbsps. Of Arla unsalted butter
- 8 small whole wheat flour tortillas
- 2 tbsps. Of plain yoghurts
- 1 cup of Milk
- 3 tbsps. Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 450g boneless skinless chicken, cut into thin strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups of lettuce, shredded
Method
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 180 °C
- Wrap tortillas in a large foil package and warm in oven for 5 to 10 min
- Whisk together yoghurt, milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in bowl
- In a large nonstick pan, melt butter over medium-high heat; fry chicken and garlic until chicken gets brown
- Add red bell pepper and fry for about 2 min
- Mix milk mixture and stir into pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring until thickened and chicken is no longer pink inside
- Spoon filling into the Centre of each tortilla and top with shredded lettuce. Fold up bottom of tortilla, then fold in sides to enclose filling
